Polished Rock Disclaimer

If you see a price on a polished rock and think it's unreasonable don't hesitate to let Mr. Alexander know but also please remember Mr. Alexander gets all of his rocks by looking in multiple locations and polishes all rocks for sale by hand with no heavy equipment or industrial machinery.

ORDERS SHIP EVERY MONDAY!
(Disclaimer - If you order on a Monday Mr. Alexander will do his best to get it out on Monday but if that is not possible orders placed on Monday will be shipped out the very next day on Tuesday. If  Tuesday is still not possible there will be a post made on the "Important Updates" page.)

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the mineral or rock is broken or damaged on arrival. You must provide proof the damage happened during shipping such as a photo or video of the mineral or rock in the box with the box having been just opened and the product not removed or disturbed in the condition the product arrived in.

(Some returns may be accepted in exception to this rule under special circumstances)
